DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
MANUFACTURER’S DEFECTS:
If a product appears to have a manufacturer's defect, call our Customer Service at (800) 877-7621 for instructions. Do not return items to us without first calling to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to a manufacturer's defect, you must first receive a Return Authorization Number and it must be within the first 30 days of purchase. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise call Customer Service at (800) 877-7621 and ask for our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and when authorized will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the box.
NON-DEFECTIVE: Merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped be SMC. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
Sample items are not returnable. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
NOTE: Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned to the sender and shipping cost of return will be charged.
If a return is authorized by our Return Department:
Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department.
Write the Return Authorization Number on the box.
All items MUST BE returned in their original packaging and boxes.
Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department.
We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
